Composition and finish
A rounded tabletop and base soften the compact dressing area. The large mirror follows the curve and is edged with exposed bulbs, making light an integral part of the furniture.
Storage and use
Drawers and cupboards are built into the supporting base, keeping essentials close to the seat. The uninterrupted curved surface provides a generous working edge without sharp corners.
Approaching a similar piece
A related bedroom commission would be planned around movement, bedside use and the storage or dressing functions needed. Finishes, lighting and fitted elements can then be coordinated as one calm composition.
